How it works
Each style maps ordinary letters and digits to a different block of Unicode "Mathematical Alphanumeric Symbols" or similar characters that look bold, italic, circled or double-struck — they are not a font change but genuinely different characters, so they paste as styled text into any app, including ones (like Instagram bios) that don't support real text formatting. Strikethrough and underline instead insert a combining character after every character. Characters outside A-Z, a-z and 0-9 are left unchanged.

Frequently asked questions
Will these styled characters work everywhere?
Almost everywhere modern apps and OSes render Unicode, including Instagram, Twitter/X and WhatsApp — but very old software or screen readers may not display or read them correctly.
Are these actually bold/italic fonts?
No — they are distinct Unicode characters that happen to look bold or italic, which is why they survive being pasted into plain-text fields that strip real formatting.
Why do some letters look slightly different, like double-struck C or H?
A few Unicode math blocks reuse older symbols (like ℂ for double-struck C, historically used for the set of complex numbers) instead of adding a new character, creating small inconsistencies this tool accounts for.
Are numbers and punctuation styled too?
Where a Unicode block includes digit variants (Bold, Monospace, Double-struck, Circled, Fullwidth) numbers are converted too; punctuation and other symbols pass through unchanged.
