What to include

Bug reports: the tool name, what you entered, and what you expected — screenshots help.
Tool requests: what the tool should do and, if you can, an example calculation.
Business & advertising: use the same address with "Business" in the subject line.

We usually reply within a few days. Note that we cannot see anything you typed into a tool — everything runs in your browser — so please include your inputs when reporting a calculation issue.
