QR Code Generator
Create a QR code for any link or text and download it as a PNG — free, instant and private.
Type above — the QR code appears instantly and never leaves your browser.
How it works
Your text is encoded into a QR symbol using the standard QR specification (error-correction level M by default), rendered onto a canvas in your browser and exported as a PNG data URL. Because generation is local, the content of your QR code — a link, Wi-Fi password or contact card — is never transmitted anywhere.
Example
Type https://your-shop.example and pick 300 × 300px: you get a crisp PNG that scans reliably from posters and screens. Larger sizes print better; 200px is fine for on-screen use.
Frequently asked questions
Do these QR codes expire?
Never. The code is a plain encoding of your text — there is no shortener or tracking service in the middle that could shut down.
What can I encode?
Any text: URLs, phone numbers, plain messages, UPI payment strings, Wi-Fi credentials — anything up to a few thousand characters.
Which size should I use for print?
Use 400px or larger and print at least 2 × 2 cm; test-scan from the actual distance your audience will use.
Is the content private?
Yes — the QR code is generated entirely in your browser and only exists on your device until you share it.
